Originally from Portugal, Susana lived in U.K. for 17 years. During this period Susana built up a successful career in the fashion retail business working as a senior manager in both in Portugal and the U.K. Her life experience and education are very profound and unique. Since childhood, she felt a special awareness and presence of a strong intuition that provided guidance throughout her life.
Susana faced many personal difficulties at an early age. It was through these difficult life experiences that she learned and developed a deeper understanding about the existence of a Higher self. During this early stage she began a journey of mysticism that continued beyond the boundaries of this physical world. Susana’s interest in spirituality started when she was very young partly because she was very intuitive toward people’s feelings, emotions and thoughts. She could ‘see’ their unfulfilled potential and how these people could sabotage their own life journeys. She was attracted by the complexity of human behavior and the psychology of the mind, whist also feeling great inspiration from the spiritual masters of the East.
In 2008 Susana left the corporate world behind along with her comfortable life and began to explore many different countries in South East Asia. This journey led to many healing shifts from within along with gaining a greater perspective of the world and her role in it. During her travels she spent most of her time studying meditation, participating in Vipassana retreats and learning new holistic healing techniques.
Upon Susana return from her travels in 2010 Susana made the decision to change her career, transferring her skills, knowledge and education into a new stream of work related to Spiritual Counseling, Nutrition and Detoxification of the mind, body and spirit. Luke Hancock is an accredited Business, Career and Life Coach with both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ABNLP) of the USA, and works with clients to create positive transformations in their lives such as changing careers or creating a business. Luke is also a qualified Permaculture Design Consultant and Teacher with the Permaculture Research Institute in Australia and Environmental Business Consultant working with clients to design both small and large landscapes, following the ethical design principles of Permaculture. He also guides businesses to implement more sustainable business models and practices.

After taking 18 months to explore the world, Luke returned and studied environmental management and sustainable business which was the first step in Luke’s career transition towards working within the field of Nutrition, Environment and Sustainability. Previously, Luke worked for ten years within the field of television broadcasting in Europe, initially as a technical engineer and later as a Project Manager and then as a Sales Representative. He then worked for five years for a Global IT & Telecoms company in Europe as a Global Account Director leading a team to manage and win new multi million dollar business deals from a portfolio of large corporate clients.
