We ask all registrants to make a deposit of 10,000 Thai Baht to secure their place. The remaining fees are to be paid in cash, in local currency upon arrival. We offer a 20% discount for all bookings made at least one month before the start date of the course.

Please Note:
All Courses, excluding the Chiang Mai Retreat, start at 10am with one hour lunch, finishing at 6pm. On the first day please arrive latest 9:30am. Price includes all teachings and lunch. It excludes accommodation and transport to and from the venue.
Chiang Mai Retreat Course:
Price includes all teachings, meals, accommodation and transportation from Chiang Mai to the retreat location and back to Chiang Mai. We provide a dormitory with a good standard. You will be provided with your own bed, and mosquito net. If you wish to have your own room, email us and we will check availability and cost. Organic and fresh vegetarian food will be provided throughout the course. We are unable to accommodate Raw Vegan food only requirements, although organic salads will be provided along with cooked food. There is an organic cafe on site with excellent Kombucha, Thai coffee, seasonal fruit juices, smoothies and WiFi. We will meet up with the group in the morning of the first day at 10:30AM in Chiang Mai (Thapae Gate near Starbucks) to go to Earth Home. At the end of the course on the last day the taxi will leave Earth Home at 16:00hrs to go for Chiang Mai.
Cancellation:
In the unlikely event of us canceling the course your deposit will be refunded in full. Additionally we will not be held responsible for any financial losses or theft accrued during the course. We do accept late bookings if there is space available. If you cancel your booking three weeks before the start of the course we will refund you in full, otherwise deposits are non-refundable. Please read the Terms and Conditions on the store when making your deposit.
